It's a noisy world, so scream and let scream

Decades ago, houses were smaller and closer. People were just as tolerant or intolerant depending on how one's take it, but they were different from today's "rights fighters", who are more inconsiderate and selfish. They think it is their God damned right to set free their babies in public places, including on public transport and plane.

Parents claiming innocence for their children's behaviour is not an excuse for deprivation of other's quiet enjoyment, wherever they may be.

Would anyone accept a mentally deranged person running amok or screaming at will at public places, even if a carer or medical personnel is accompanying the person? Who should take responsibility, or should the nuisance be barred from these places where the rights of a lot people should be respected without any prejudice!

If Tony Abbott were to kiss Julia Gillard on her cheeks, or put his hand or palm on her back, she probably would scream, calling him a sexual pervert, and condemning his act as sexual harassment. Should Michelle or Tim be concerned about such public display of affection or intimacy?

Harry Jenkins, do you mean the MPs have not been at their best behaviour in the House? I think these "children" should not be spared from the Black Rod; bring it out and get the House in order.

Just a thought, if the US is to set up bases at Darwin, we can use them to keep an eye on financial refugee boats from EU countries.

Julia Gillard did not curtsy when greeting the Queen but just a handshake. It is disgusting though that she gave a sexy kiss on Obama's cheek instead of a simple handshake.
