Introduce Glass Windows Policy now! Due to its implementation by former Mayor, Rudy Giuliani, New York has become the second safest city in the US, something beyond many people's expectation. No crime is too small, no matter what the age, sex, religion and race of the offender is. Big crime starts from small crime!

What happened last week is just the beginning of the doom of Melbourne, the most liveable City of the world. Police says similar incidents happened in other suburbs on occasion, but what has the police done to curb such disturbance from recurring so far?

Compounding this is the gangland shooting in Carlton yesterday. Bad news spread quickly, with the aid of almost instantaneous international news broadcast and social media. The once very safe Melbourne will soon be less attractive to overseas tourists.

No one should be above the laws. Laws should not work around these hooligans, but all Australians and immigrants must abide by the Australian laws.

There should be one and only one set of laws, and that is the Law of the Land. Religious and cultural practices are to be respected, but ultimately the Law of the Land must come before anything.

Everyone in Australia has the chance to participate and stand as a MP to represent the people of Australia, not a small segment of the people. It is bad enough to have so many states in Australia with three levels of governments, and I can't imagine what Australia will turn out to be if another level of divide is created.

In the Parliament, Court Houses and even some public places, no one race, culture or religion can reign supreme or differentiated. These people are just simply known as Australians. Racial issue must not come into the equation. We must start talking about one nation, one nationality and one future!

Long live Australia, long live the people of Australia.

If there are separate laws, there will be separate law makers. Law makers "make" laws in the parliament, which means there will be separate parliaments, analogous to the State and Federal Parliaments. It is unthinkable to have more than one parliament for each state (not that this is ideal even to have state parliaments) and one for Australia.

From this deduction, I can only conclude that there will be a piece of land cut off for the Muslim similar to the Australian Capital Territory (ACT), where the Sharia Parliament will be erected. Is there a state that generous enough to spare a piece of land for such purpose? Pragmatically speaking, will any clear-minded Australian allow this to happen?

For all the Buddhists, Christians, Hindus, Muslims, etc., you are all Australians if you take up citizenship in Australia. If you are not an Australian, please keep quiet. No one should behave like a spoilt brat trying to do whatever they desire. Australian Constitution and Australian Laws come before any individual's self interest, for whatever motive.

One can either launch a constitutional challenge, or get a one way ticket to go to a country where they can practise their own laws.
